Songwood Civic Association

Established in 1956, the Songwood Civic Association is an all volunteer self managed 501(C)(3) non-profit civic organization that promotes and fosters friendship, goodwill, community spirit and pride within the Songwood neighborhood. 100% of the proceeds from our mandatory annual dues go toward enforcement of the deed restrictions, neighborhood events, maintenance and beautification and other community outreach programs.
